Clergywomen Leadership Events,
Helen, as Executive Director of WEEL encouraged female priests to stretch themselves and contemplate the call to episcopal leadership in the church. As a result many women offered themselves and ended up on slates for election. Helen has been an excellent mentor for many women throughout the Episcopal Church.
Helen does a great job facilitating conversations that lead to insights…that eventually lead to opportunities. As a direct result of our conversations, I identified the opportunity to write and publish a book.
Inspired and Empowered
Transition Coaching (moving households),
Thank you so much for your questions and guidance that focused me to create such a practical, motivating action plan. I’m just amazed that I came to you completely overwhelmed and mystified how I could manage this three-month life-changing process I’m undertaking. And after just 45 minutes talking with you, I was inspired and empowered to create a logical, practical, detailed plan to make it happen. There’s the timeline, the task details, the other responsible parties, the milestones. Now I can stop worrying and start doing! You are gifted and skilled at what you do. I’m glad I’m working with you.
Helen is a warm, inviting coach who is skilled at creating a safe space for me to explore my “why”. Through her coaching, I’ve been able to connect the dots on various facets of life. Helen’s coaching gives me the confidence to keep trying and moving forward and I learn more about myself
My time being coached by Helen has been transformative, challenging, and insightful. I’m thankful for her deep listening and guidance as I make changes in my life and strive to be a more effective leader.
